WIFI
Connect to grafton3-guest Network. The Wifi password will be provided on arrival.
TV / Sound / Remotes
There is no standard Cable TV subscription set up. But feel free to add your own internet television services (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.) to the television. When you have reached the end of your rental term, please log out of your accounts (we are happy to help if you need).
The Television Remote allows you to select services and navigate your shows. It will also control the volume of the sound system.
Please respect our neighbors with reasonable TV and music volume.
If you want to use the sound bar as a BlueTooth Speaker, the smaller (Phillips) remote will let you switch it into “BT” mode. The LED on the soundbar should turn blue. Once set, you can pair your smartphone with it (look for “Phillips” device). To resume using the speaker for the TV, put it back into HDMI (ARC) mode.
Air Conditioners
There are three airconditioners for your comfort. During the summer, it is recommended to keep the one in the living room and master bedroom on all or most of the time on the Eco setting around 72 or 74 degrees. The units will temporarily stop when at the set temperature. In addition, the bedrooms have blackout curtains to help keep the temperature upstairs comfortable (especially the west facing master bedroom during the sunny afternoons).
The guest bedroom has a ceiling fan that is controlled by both the wall switch (on/off) and a remote control (speed). The remote control is in a holder mounted to the wall next to the outer bed.
On cool, dry nights feel free to open the windows and turn the air conditioners off as desired.
Garbage
Garbage should be taken to the dumpster in the main parking log. It is emptied twice per week. Unfortunately, at this time Misty Harbor Condominium Association does not have separate recycling pickup.
Miscellaneous
Parking: Hang the purple passes from the rear view mirrors of the car(s) that will use the condo lot. Be sure to use only space #3 (two cars front to back). An additional pass is provided for overnight street parking on West Narragansett Ave. Please remember to leave the passes at the condo at the end of your stay.
Please bring your own beach chairs and beach towels.
Please use table coverings (table cloth and/or place mats) to protect the surface of the dining room table.
When using the washing machine, please fill only about half full with clothing, towels, etc.
Please run the fan in the downstairs bathroom when the dryer is in use to facilitate proper venting.
Three coffee options are provided: automatic drip machine, Kuerig, and French Press. A warm milk foamer is also provided.
At The End of Your Stay…
Log out of your streaming service accounts on the TV.
Please place dirty towels and sheets on the washing machine. Feel free to start a load of towels if you would like.
Leave things generally tidy but the unit will be professionally cleaned after you check out.
Parking passes should be left on the kitchen counter or dining room table.
Air conditioners can be left on at 74 degrees (eco setting).
Please be sure to double check for your belongings including any phone or lap top chargers.
Please message me to confirm that you have checked out. The door code will be terminated shortly afterwards.
And of course, I hope you had a fantastic stay!!
